About us

We start by asking questions — and by listening. From the common founding myth to individual  perceptions of political risks, everything matters. Only then do we make sense of complexity and bring clarity about next steps.

Our commitment

We don’t dictate direction. We create space for growth and empower organizations to regenerate in their own way, using their own resources. To get organizations flowing again, blockages are detected and removed. We are not here for a quick fix. We are here to accompany your journey. Our work is grounded in respect, clarity, and trust.

Our strengths

Our team combines many years of experience in organizational development, supervision, coaching, and strategic foresight. We offer not only interdisciplinary approaches rooted in the humanities and social sciences, but also a wealth of field expertise (geopolitics, climate, energy, mobility, health, digitalization, trade, etc.).

Our way of working

Our approach is flexible and collaborative: We form project teams that are specifically aligned with each organization’s context. Because every project is different, we contribute our individual strengths where they are most effective. We value a healthy work environment and atmosphere at the office and we radiate this to the relationships with our customers.
